At Retford Oaks, when we put our shared values into action we demonstrate that we are ‘Dedicated to Excellence.’ Our academy is a stimulating and inspiring learning environment, with highly motivated students who aspire towards excellence in all that they do.
We have extremely high expectations of our students which allow them to flourish and gain the best possible learning experience. We strive to maximise opportunities by ensuring high quality teaching and learning in an outstanding educational setting. Through a broad and balanced curriculum, we ensure all learners are empowered to meet their full potential.
As well as high academic expectations, we are dedicated to the development of personal skills and to ensuring students leave us as well-rounded, motivated and successful young people.
