The academy day at Retford Oaks runs from 8.40am to 3.15pm.
This includes classroom periods, personal development lessons, assemblies and appropriate breaks.
In line with the high standards of attendance we expect from students, we expect punctuality in arriving for the academy day and for individual periods. If a student arrives late to the academy (after 8.40am), they must attend a 30 minute detention during the lunchtime which immediately follows.
The structure of the day is as follows:
