To help students progress during their time at Retford Oaks, we have a defined system of support to enable every individual to reach their potential and feel safe within the academy. Our personalised learning team provides academic and pastoral assistance, including support for students with special educational needs.
Students can access confidential support through the academy counsellor, should they need help with personal problems. This discreet service is staffed by highly qualified professionals who can provide short or long term support and guidance to individuals. The team also links to a variety of outside agencies for additional assistance when required.
