Reach More Parents
Reach More Parents is the main communication tool used by the academy to keep parents informed, engaged and up-to-date with their child’s progress at Retford Oaks.
It gives you access to information such as key dates, plus your child’s timetable, their attendance data and any rewards or sanctions given, as they happen.
As a smart digital communications tool, Reach More Parents can be accessed as a mobile app or parents can simply login to a web platform. All parents and carers receive an enrolment letter containing details of how to register and access the app. You will be given a unique and secure login for your account.
Enrolment
All families receive an enrolment email or SMS containing details of how to register and access the Reach More Parents app. A unique and secure login for your account will also be supplied.
Accessing Reach More Parents
As a smart digital communications tool, Reach More Parents can be accessed as a mobile app or families can simply log in to a web platform.
Step 1
Visit the Reach More Parents website or download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
Step 2
Enrol using the enrolment code sent to you by email or letter
Step 3
When prompted, confirm your email address and phone number – you will then be sent a PIN by email or SMS
Step 4
Enter the PIN, when prompted, into the app or web page
Step 5
Create a password, log in and enjoy!

To ensure you are able to access the relevant information for your children, it is vital that you supply us with an accurate e-mail address. Parents/carers who do not have access to a computer or internet will continue to receive communications, such as letters, in hard-copy.
