At Retford Oaks, we are dedicated to excellence. Rbay is a points-based rewards system which celebrates our students’ dedication, achievements, successes and positive behaviour by allowing them to spend rewards points on exciting prizes.
Students can earn points by demonstrating excellence inside and outside of the classroom, making progress towards target grades, representing the academy at different levels or having consistent attendance.
Our students have worked incredibly hard in demonstrating excellence and collecting their points this year, and have been able to cash them in by choosing from a selection of smaller rewards during the year.
However, they are also able to save their points to put towards tickets for our big annual prize draw. This year’s top prizes include:

Bottom draw (75 points)

Prizes will be drawn on 19 July this year, and students have from 10-17 July to ‘purchase’ tickets with their points. Students must be present at the academy on 19 July to claim a prize.
