On 24 April we held a very special day of activities for our year 11 and sixth form students. As the first exams are not far away, we want to arm students with the tools and advice they need to be able to effectively prepare themselves for exams and keep stress levels down.

Our day will include sessions on diet, sleep, hydration, stress relief, revision and exercise.

This morning, students were encouraged to try a wide range of healthy breakfasts which they may not have sampled before. This breakfast was generously donated by Morrisons and Simply Food.

They then attended a revision session, followed by an opportunity this afternoon to try out some physical exercise, which will include the use of the climbing wall, team-building exercises and a staff versus students challenge.
