To promote healthy minds and build awareness of mental health Retford Oaks students are being invited to take part in a competition being run by Miss Mansfield and Sherwood Forest, Bethany Wigley, to design a poster to show how we can look after our own and other people’s mental health.
The winner will have their poster published on the side of Mansfield District Council’s refuse lorries for thousands of local residents to see every week. This is a great way to promote mental health awareness to everyone in our community along with showcasing students’ talents.
Poster designs need to be submitted to Miss Parker-Edmondston in SS3 at the academy by Tuesday 12th March 2019 – we are very excited to see your creations!
