Computing

This Level 3 Extended Certificate Qualification develops students’ knowledge and practical skills in software application development. It includes externally assessed units on application fundamentals and software development, alongside non-examined assessments (Coursework) covering UX/UI design, game development, website creation, immersive technology, and software development.

Students learn industry-relevant programming, design, and problem-solving skills, preparing them for higher education or careers in computing. Assessment includes exams, coursework, and project-based work, ensuring a balanced approach to technical and creative computing applications.
