This morning, we were pleased to welcome PC Darren Martin and PC Neil Clarke from the Doncaster Disruption Team, part of the British Transport Police, into the academy to deliver an important assemblies on railway safety to each year group.

Students learned about the serious risks associated with trespassing on railway lines, the dangers around level crossings, and how quickly accidents can occur.

They also gained insight into the innovative ways officers use drones and other technology to detect and prevent unsafe behaviour on the tracks.

We are incredibly grateful to both officers for taking the time to share such vital, potentially life-saving information with our students today.
