Today we held our Remembrance ceremony in school, joined by veterans and members of the Royal British Legion, as well as children from Thrumpton and Bracken Lane Primary Schools.
Our students performed poems, monologues and songs for our guests, with Mr Hardeman and the Reverend Alex Shiells delivering thoughtful speeches on the importance of remembrance.
Our student cadets also carried out the Drumhead Ceremony with great pride, representing the school beautifully.
